About Sophie -

10 years ago, I sold everything I owned & bought a one-way ticket to India - on the surface, to study yoga - but underneath, to escape the conditioned life that was laid out for me.

The concept of staying in my home town, getting a stable job & working 40 hour weeks on someone else's dream didn’t cut it for me.

I found myself in a liminal space - on the threshold of who I was & who I was becoming.

I dreamt of living in likeminded communities & earning a living doing what I love - so I made it happen.

Over the past decade, I’ve lived nomadically in holy places around the world, built my online six-figure business, & studied the body through the lens of yoga, somatics & feminine wisdom.

I’ve been asked to embody time & time again all that I preach - to hold myself through discomfort, uncertainty & fear when all that I know is being pulled beneath my feet & I’m left naked, raw, empty.

I have an intimate relationship with this liminal space. Sitting at the shed of what’s old & opening to the new. A place that can sometimes feel disorientating & lonely.

Maybe it’s moving homes, stepping into your own business, relationships ending, passages of grief, the radical realisation that you’ve outgrown your surroundings & you’re at a threshold of becoming a deeper version of self.

I am here as an ally, mentor, friend - walking beside & holding you as you remember your sovereignty, trust your own timing, & create the life you know you are here to live.

Trainings & Qualifications

✦ Facilitation Experience (10+ years) - has guided 1000's of people around the world in yoga & movement, kirtan, ecstatic dance, ceremony, yoga teacher trainings, business mentorship & other transformational spaces

✦ Feminine Business - built an organic 60k community on IG & six figure soul led business from zero

✦ Trauma-Informed Somatics - trained in body-based healing, feminine embodiment & the nervous system

✦ Yoga & Embodiment - has pilgrimed to India annually the last 10 years for deep studies in the traditional yogic lineage

✦ Certified Menstrual Cycle Coach - indepth studies in womb mysteries, cyclical living & natural fertility education

✦ Communications & Psychology - Bachelor of Communications & Bachelor of Arts with Majors in Public Relations, Psychology, Cultural Studies & Social Media at the University of QLD, Australia

✦ Energy Work - completed studies in Reiki & Pranic Healing as pathways to embodied sensitivity & intuition

Despite this list of things I have “achieved”, I truly believe my deepest trainings come from living my life in devotion to authenticity, honesty, integrity & truth - I love meeting the depths of my being through travel, conscious relating, my body, my business, the spirit of music, plant medicine, new friends, places & life experiences.
