Somatic Yoga Series
This Series takes us on a journey of unravelling & remembering. Somatic Yoga has birthed out of my love for yoga asana, somatic experiencing, sensual feminine embodiment & contact improvisation.
Together we step outside of rigid structures of how we "should" move & return to our intuitive attunement & deep inner listening.

Backbends: A Spacious Heart Series (Level 1)
In this foundational 4 part Backbend Workshop Series you'll learn specific drills to deepen heart openers such as wheel pose, king pigeon & bow pose.
We will focus on upper body mobility by opening up the entire front side of the body, including the neck, shoulders, wrists, chest, abdomen & quad muscles.

Backbends: Heart Wide Open Series (Level 2)
This 4 part Series explores the deeper biomechanic layers of the body in advanced backbending shapes.
You will learn specific techniques to deepen advanced heart openers including wheel pose, drop back and stand up, king pigeon (flip grip), king cobra & kapotasana preparation.

Backbends: Wheel Exploration Series (Level 3)
Together we step into the ever expansive world of backbending by opening the shoulders & thoracic spine while building quad, glute & back strength to support us.
Throughout this 4 part Series we'll be polishing our classic wheel & practicing variations like one-leg wheel & forearm wheel.

Backbends: Flip Grip Series (Level 4)
This 4 part Series focusses on upper body mobility & breaking down the "flip grip" technique to bring our foot closer to head in a variety of shapes.
You'll learn strength and flexibility practices to support the full rotation of the shoulder girdle to deepen backbending asanas such as king pigeon, tiger pose, lunge, splits, dancers pose and full bow pose.

Yoga for your Menstrual Cycle Series
Together we explore the four phases of the female menstrual cycle & learn how to practice yoga in alignment with our inner rhythms.
We learn about the yin/ yang energies, cyclical yoga asana practices, pranayama, chanting & womb healing meditations.

Spacious Hips Series
This Series includes 4x 90-min workshops that interweave movement, mobility & active flexibility to guide you on a deep exploration of the hips.
Learn specific drills & techniques to deepen advanced hip opening asanas such as the front splits, over splits, middle splits, frog pose, lotus pose etc.

Journey to Splits & Beyond Series
We learn about the chakras & bandhas in the hip region, & feeling into the deep energetic work that goes into opening the hips & meeting our vulnerable edge with love & safety.
Expect to work on both vertical and horizontal lines in the body, targeting the iliopsoas, adductors, glutes & hamstrings (front splits, middle splits, standing splits, oversplits, ALL the splits!)
Inversions: Path to Pincha Series
This 4-part Workshop Series guides you on your Path to Pincha Mayurasana (forearmstand).
We break down balance fundamentals, alignment & technique to support you to find stillness in this beautifully challenging pose & its playful variations.
Expect to work on arm strength, core and pelvis stability, shoulder mobility & much more!

Inversions: Handstand Foundations Series
This 4 part Workshop Series focuses on building strength, balance, alignment, awareness & flexibility to improve your handstands.
Together we find balance!
Suitable for beginners & those who can hold a few second free-standing handstand.

Yoga Philosophy: Yama Series
This 6-part Series explores the absolute foundation of our Yoga practice - the Yamas.
Yamas are the first limb of the 8-limbs of Yoga as described my Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.
They are ethical standards & moral principles for living a meaningful & fulfilling life, & offer five perspectives for living harmoniously & in alignment with the world around us.

Hip Mobility Series

Meet Sophie
Somatic Business Coach, Embodiment Facilitator, International Yoga Teacher and Natural Fertility Educator.
I am known for my raw & authentic teaching style where I support women to expand somatic safety in their body to feel more, be more & hold more.
It lights me up & turns me on to live a deeply embodied life free from perceived limitations.
My greatest passion is supporting other women to do the same - to become a clear channel to receive their innate gifts, to shine brighter and expand capacity to step into their power, take up space and be SEEN.
