ZOOM CLASSES

All online group Services (classes, workshops, lessons) are recorded and may be used, stored and available to the public through membership platforms (Flow State Studio) or YouTube.

Services recorded will be primarily of Sophie Chi Yoga, however when you ask questions or write in the chat box, your name and face will appear as part of the recording. 

You agree, when registering and participating in an online group Service, for the Service to be recorded and distributed in the future in public spaces including the Flow State Studio or YouTube.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at Sophie Chi Yoga’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. • Flodesk: Sophie Chin Yoga uses Flodesk, a third party email marketing platform, to store information such as your name and email, when you register for any Service or when you enter Sophie Chi Yoga promotions. • Thinkific: Sophie Chi Yoga uses Thinkific as a course platform software

• Offering Tree: Sophie Chi Yoga uses Offering Tree as a scheduling software for classes, workshops and memberships.
